Probleme Dupa Update Offline

Dupa instalarea, pe SO Win XP SP3,a produsului Bitdefender Internet Security 2008 cu licenta valida,am actualizat cu fisierul gasit la sectiunea downloads.Nu pot face update de pe internet.Deci,dupa actualizare,am restartat sistemul si constat ca protectia in timp real nu este disponibila si nu reusesc sa o pornesc. As dori sprijin in acest sens.Multumesc anticipat.
