Numele meu este Alexandru Paunica si lucrez in cadrul companiei ROMIND T&G SRL unul din clientii dvs.


La ultima scanare a sistemului BitDefender 10 a depistat in Mozilla Thunderbird (0.8) cativa virusi pe care nu reusesc sa-i indepartez. Mai exact nu reusesc sa identific mesajele din recipientii corespunzatori - practic e ca si cum n-ar exista desi BitDefender le semnaleaza. Si nu vreau sa sterg recipientii!!!

Va rog sa ma ajutati!

  • Pasii necesari pentru a inlatura mail-urile infectate sunt:


    1. dezactivati protectia real-time a BD-ului


    2. stergeti mail-urile respective din Thunderbird


    3. goliti trash-ul si dati "compact" atat la trash cat si la folder-ele de unde ati sters mail-urile


    4. reactivati protectia real-time a BD-ului


    PS. Ar fi indicat sa folositi ultima versiune de Thunderbird pentru ca versiunile noi contin atat imbunatatiri cat si rezolva probleme de securitate.
