Animatiile din OneUI 6.1 au lag

Buna seara,

Am observat recent ca dupa ce am instalat Bitdefender Mobile Security in telefon (Samsung s24+) si l-am activat, animatiile din meniul telefonului au inceput sa mearga greu, cu lag (ex. swipe intre ecrane sau cand accesez un folder). Dupa ce am dezinstalat Bitdefender totul a revenit la normal! Ce solutii ar fi?

    Încă se reproduce problema cu ultima versiune de Bitdefender de pe Play Store? Dacă da, îmi poți spune ce opțiuni ai activat în aplicație (ex. Web Protection, Scam Alert, etc.) și dacă ai activat permisiunea de Accessibility pentru Bitdefender? Poți încerca să dezactivezi toate aceste funcționalități iar dacă asta rezolvă problema, să încerci să deduci care dintre ele ar fi cauza prin a le activa pe rând.

    Noi din păcate nu am observat acest comportament și ne-ar ajuta foarte mult feedback-ul tău pentru a o soluționa.

    It could be due to the internal configurations made by Samsung on their different devices. Although the base OS is the same, we know they do not use stock ROMs and instead modify the Android OS as per their needs. Hence, every model they make has somewhat different configurations. In this case, there might be a conflict between the Samsung S24+ model and BMS, inclusive of Samsung's One UI 6.1.
