Hello dear support team,

KeePass 2.x is listed as a supported application (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13355/) to easily import passwords. That's what the official guide says. (https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/2472/)

But what is meant by "easily"? So far, I haven't found an easy way in this forum to export my passwords from KeePass 2.6 into a compatible format. Instead, it refers to unsupported password managers, which then have to be formatted in a specific CSV format to be imported. 758 Passwords to handle by hand isn't easily. 😅

You write at https://www.bitdefender.com/consumer/support/answer/13355/ that Bitdefender can seamlessly import data from KeePass 2.x. How does that work?

Is there anybody out there with functional information? I contacted the support team. I received two different solutions from two different individuals. All solutions are ineffective. The solutions provided were based solely on standard information from the handbook. I believe this is an example of passive ignorance. The information provided is always pleasant, but it lacks a solution.
The advertising told us that importing KeePass 2.x is easy and not complicated. In the EU, it is prohibited to advertise software features that turn out to be untrue after purchase.
Hopefully Stefan from the support can bring me closer information.
