Hiya, Un-check the "Let Autopilot manage my profiles" in the GUI>Tools>Profiles menu and leave Profiles switched on. You will still be in Autopilot but you can change the profiles from the GUI as required. Ro.

Hiya, Cloud protection is automatically enabled with all Bitdefender home products, it is not something you can turn on or off. Ro.

Hiya, It appears that you have everything correct and it should remain valid. If you have any worries you can always contact Bitdefender to check the validity of your license, although it tells you from the Bitdefender GUI (Click the little figure icon at the top and then click "Account Info"). Ro.

Hiya, The IS license does not work on TS (obviously). I suggest you send Bitdefender and email and request the change, maybe buy a TS License and have the time you have left on IS (or part of it) added. Contact either via email bitsy@bitdefender.com or try the chat line. Ro.

Hiya, You don't need to turn on Windows Defender, it is not needed. You should never run two AVs at the same time and Bitdefender is sufficient, just ignore the alert. Ro.

If you click the red "Fix all Issues" it will take you to a list of those issues. You can also click the figure icon at the top of the GUI and go to "Events" to look down the various sections from the dropdown. Ro.

Good. If you have any other problems feel free to post on the forums, there will always be help. Ro

Hiya, Yes you can. Here is the "How to Install" support article which includes info on installing on XP. Ro.

I don't know if this makes a difference, but a couple of days ago on the French forum where they were discussing the update problem -Yann- who is Technical Support there suggested to restart Windows, open the cmd box (Command Prompt) and typing ipconfig /flushdns then Enter. Ro.

*Looks at signature* - Maybe it is all that other stuff you have installed My desktop has just updated as well (although you can see there were a number of failures earlier).
-
It does seem a bit intermittent, hopefully BD are working on it. I had an update last night and one a few minutes ago when I turned my (gaming) computer back on, I am not forcing updates, just allowing them to come through as required.
-
The update problem seems to have been resolved.

Hello delian87 and welcome to the forums, It sounds as if everything is running fine so I would not bother with a reinstall. If you are worried you can always run a repair, if there are any corrupt files they will be fixed during the repair. Open your Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender. Double click it…

Hello ChazD, Unfortunately adding a new key will only extend the validity of your license, as you have found out. If you wish to increase the number of devices you must contact Bitdefender and ask them to change it, there is nothing the forum can do. If you have a contact ticket number please post it on here, hopefully…

Hiya, Run a repair. Go to the Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender. Double click it and choose "Repair". Allow it to complete and reboot the system. Let us know if that solved your problem. Ro.

I got the same error this morning after turning on PC. Yep, I too am getting that problem on both my desktops. I also see this has been reported on the French forum. Edit: I see I have just had a successful update a minute ago on one of the desktops, so maybe the problem, whatever it was, has been fixed. Ro.

Hiya, Please contact Bitdefender directly about this - nothing we can do on the forum, it may be missed if just posted here. Either http://www.bitdefender.com/support/consumer/ (email at the bottom of this page) Or bitsy@bitdefender.com Ro.
-
Hiya, Send an email to bitsy@bitdefender.com and include all the relevant details. Ro.

................ and is asking me to contact support. Please help. Hiya, So have you contacted support? You can do so from the BD GUI drop-down from the top of it or send an email to bitsy @bitdefender.com Ro.

Hiya, What version of Windows are you running, and I assume you have Bitdefender 2016 (as you are in this forum). Ro.
-
Hello Alexandru, There is a support page for doing just that - http://www.bitdefender.com/support/-1453.html Ro.
-
Hiya, love your user name so welcome to the forums. Have you run a repair of Bitdefender? If not, run one - Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender. Double click it and choose "Repair". When it is all done and your system has rebooted let us know if that has solved the problem. Ro.

Would you recommend I use the BD uninstall tool to uninstall my current build of BD 2015 then install the v.19 build or can I just update over the existing installation? You should uninstall your current version first. Or, you can wait for BD to resolve the issue as it has been confirmed.
-
Hiya, Strange as I use the same for both - to check I logged into both of them with the same email and password. Ro.
-
Do you know where on the BD website I could find that v.19 build? Can't seem to find it by just looking at the website. Surprising, huh? The installers are in link I gave above, the BD IS 64 v.19 is here .
-
I do not see Datastor Turkey listed as an official partner of Bitdefender so whatever the price is will not be down to Bitdefender.
-
There is a v.19 of Bitdefender IS 2015 which was an intermediate version designed to run on Win 7/8/10. I used it for a while without problems although I do not remember anything about the "remove bookmarks" from Safepay - whether the "X" was there. http://www.bitdefender.com/support/how-to-...n-kit-1452.html Ro.
-
OK guys, If you are certain Kaspersky has gone and having used their uninstall program, firstly run the Bitdefender uninstall program to remove any BD files that may be present and then open the Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features and if you have the Bitdefender Agent present, remove it from there. Now go here and…
-
Hiya, which version of Windows are you using? To repair, go to Windows Control Panel>Programs and Features>Bitdefender>double click it and choose "Repair. Let that complete and reboot the system. (Can't help with v18* as it does not run on Win 10. ) Ro.

It may be a shot in the dark here, but under events, updates, click on the notification for update requires a restart and click on the restart button there.Do not use the windows restart button, but use the one in the bitdefender gui. Yes, and if Windows Fast Start is enabled I am not sure if that counts as a restart when just…
