Vreau sa mi se explice de ce cand este VPN-ul activat download-ul reduce viteza la jumatate.Din cauza asta am renuntat la VPN.Stiu ca este foarte folositor pt torrents dar de ce reduce viteza de download...?Cand dezactivez VPN-ul revine la viteza foarte mare.Multumesc.
