Unable to install Total Security,

I uninstalled Bitdefender Total Security by mistake while reinstalling it I got a message saying "Uninstall Iolo antivirus" which I have not had on my laptop for months, I have searched for remnants of Iolo Antivirus/Iolo System Mechanics in programs and register and deleted what I found but I am still unable to reinstall Bitdefender Total Security, I have tried everything that I am capable of doing, I did reinstall Iolo System Mechanics and used IObit Uninstaller to see if that would help but it didn't, my laptop is without security and I do not know what to do, can you help?

Hi,

Yeah, I also think it's a task for Support, since you've mentioned that you already tried that uninstall tool and Bitdefender is still detecting another security solution there. Did you reboot the device after removing Iolo Antivirus?
