Hi there, I've done a scan over on the SheildsUP site. All is OK appart from:
Ports: 80 (HTTP) & 443 (HTTPS) are open. Is this normal?
All software is updated. WinXP SP2 system using the latest BD10.

Normally, they shouldn't be open. Test it yourself, by going to command prompt (STAT -> Run -> cmd.exe) and type in tthe command
telnet localhost port <here you enter 80 then 443>
and see if the connection attempt fails. They may be only semi-opened, but normally, you shouldn't have any daemon running on them.

Your hint helped me manage answer a few questions and realised I had stuff configured wrong. It is all now fixed!!

Maybe you installed apache or something similar and you forgot...
My suggestion: get a firewall..what BD has can't be named a firewall
