Recently installed Windows11 24H2 update and a HP BIOS update on my wife's computer and apparently lost

Hi @rogcat1

Microsoft has a lot of issue with the new rollout of windows 11 24H2, one of the issues this update version seems to have is incompatibility with some apps. This might be the issue you're facing.

Best thing is to revert back to the previous version of windows 11 that you had installed until Microsoft has these issues fixed in 24H2.

Otherwise if you don't want to revert back to the previous versions of windows 11 you can try by uninstalling bitdefender using the bitdefender uninstall tool that you can download from here and then downloading the installer file from your central and reinstall bitdefender.
