All Bitdefender Versions Blocking Internet (especially Download Managers, Megamanager,etc)

Usually before purchasing i would like to try trial version like everyone then if interested i'll purchase.


First of all Very good work and good wishes to The entire Teamwork of Bitdefender.


Problem:


I am using


Windows XP pro SP3 32bit, Windows Vista Ultimate 32bit with SP1


1st System


Intel Quad Core 9550


Asus Rampage Formula,


X48 chipset, 4GB Corsair Dominators 1066mHZ


up-to-date with fixes from Microsoft using Vista Ultimate 32Bit with SP1


2nd System


Intel Dual Core E6850


Asus P5W DH deluxe


Windows XP Pro with SP3 up-to-date with fixes from Microsoft


3rd System


Gateway M-Series 6843


up-to-date with fixes from Microsoft using Vista Home Premium 32Bit SP1


Downloaded AnitVirus 2009 , installed and everything worked Fine. Then i updated Bitdefender AnitVirus to have latest signatures. Then i started having problems with my download manager (Internet Download manager) which stops at 90-99% and it won't download further , the download manager status show at 0 bytes/sec and no matter how i many times i resume it ,still it stucks at where it stopped.


Then megaManager , even this manager too won't login when bitdefender updates from fresh install.


Surfing will be smooth sometimes and sometimes it's horrible slow. i checked on with my other internet connection it's the same problem.


when i un-install Bitdefender my internet connection works charm with no problems.


Lastly i downloaded Total and internet security trial versions ,yet same problem even in freshly installed OS and in different systems too. i have three systems and tested in them ,same problem.


I'll buy only 1 year subscription every year and tests them in my systems before purchase. Which ever i feel provides easy and solid protection i'll go for it. And won't even bother with one's problems like this.


But this time infact First time i used BITDEFENDER and right away i was very much impressed with interface and protection. But this problem is really bothering. i would like to know any solution for this


Please Help


is there any configuration to be done in order to work internet properly, i am using 256kpbs Direct connection and BSNL ADSL connection 2mbps

    Hello SNoogans,


    You can try this as a work-around. Open BitDefender switch to advanced view go to the antivirus section,high light the shield tab and press on custom level now uncheck scan http traffic and press on ok. See if you now still have issues? Remove also your temporary internet files. After that please do this press the windows button together with r now type this cmd press enter. After that type ipconfig /flushdns press enter. To close type exit and press enter. Try now to enable scan http traffic again and see if the issue still persists.
