I'm serious. Have the developers to this software even acknowledged there's problems?


It seems laughable that one of their big features, game mode, is broken so bad it makes playing games impossible.


So I'm wondering, has there been any news of upcoming fixes or acknowledgment that the software is busted from any admins of this site? Or do they just want to gloss over all the problems and not address anything, and go out of business from horrible support?
