problem importing Keepass database
Tried to import my keepass database but can't as it report's back saying wrong format.
Windows 11, Bitdefender premium security plus. Trying out SecurePass.
Any advice is welcome.

Hi Alexandru
Thanks for responding so quickly.
Yes, I have followed that process. However, although the process might not recognise the native Keepass extension, I might to export from Keepass to an Svc file and import that.
I'll let you know how effective that is.
Thanks again

Just in case this helps, as far as converting a CSV file. It's probably going to apply (converting) with Secure Pass as well.
Kind regards.

Hi all
I have to suspend researching this until some time in March. Iam still running everything from Bitdefender Total Security. I have noticed that a few things aren't working as they should. Thank you for your time.

Hello there,
I can confirm that importing CSV (Generic CSV Importer I used) file from the KeePass and following this link
How to edit a CSV file to transfer data into Bitdefender Password Manager helped.
Cheers,
