Installation stay hanging, how to resolve this?

It was already installed but I accidentally removed it when I was installing bitdefender ultimate security.
The text in dutch was from the bitdefender application. In English:
- In red letters: "Hanging problems will be solved""
- In blue letters: "Fix is busy"
- In black letters: "Install bitdefender security on this device for protection. This is already included in your subscription so you can do it right away"
But when I press the button: "enable security", nothing happens

Ok, since I cannot know for sure what is the status of the installation, or if some files are corrupted, I would recommend to use the uninstall tool from here, run the tool corresponding to your Bitdefender version, and follow the on-screen instructions to remove any trace of the software from that device.
Restart your computer once the tool completes its process.
Remove the device from Central, if added, in order to free up the slot and proceed with a fresh installation.Also, ensure that no other security solutions are installed on that device.
