when I right click the file scan or shredder option it no longer activates the progran. How do i fix that? I can still go into the program to shred files but not the right click option.
I had the same problem. When I reinstalled the Bitdefender the option to right-click on a file and use the shredder came back. Unfortunately, Bitdender initiated an update (to Build 27.0.47.241) after I reinstalled it and now the option to use the shredder with right-click is gone again. Will tried again and it seems it now places the shredder shortcut in the "Show more options" menu.
