Additional auto-connect features for VPN

I find the auto-connect feature on the VPN to be quite disappointing. There's only the option for auto-connecting when you connect to a public or unsecured Wi-Fi network. I miss the auto-connect features that were available on NordVPN, such as:

1.) Automatically connecting to a VPN upon connecting to ANY Wi-Fi network

2.) Not auto-connecting on selected "trusted networks"

3.) The ability to pause the VPN connection for a specified amount of time before it automatically reconnects to the VPN again

If Bitdefender would implement these features, I'd be so much happier with the apps.

Hello @speshul_k and thank you for taking the time to share your thoughts here.

I've asked the VPN development team about this yesterday, and they confirmed that this is a very good feedback, and they actually thought about it too. They are considering to enhance the Auto-connect functionality in the future, to allow more selections for the Wi-Fi area, among other improvements.
However, this is not planned yet, meaning it's still in the conceptual phase, thus we cannot provide an ETA for implementation. But it's being considered on the product roadmap.
