Bitdefender Box 2 Port Forwarding and Subnet IP Reservation Help

Mr.
edited March 24 in Bitdefender Box

Please help me configure Bitdefender Box 2 to port forward 80, 443, and 23 to the ASUS router, which sits between the Linux server and Bitdefender Box 2. I have a static IP address. A friend configured my ASUS router as DHCP, explaining that only the Bitdefender Box 2 needs to be set to a static IP. Is this correct?

Currently, my local internet WiFi and wireless from the ASUS router are working, but my wired server is not available. Please help me. Thanks in advance.

Sincerely,
Grega 🦁

    Hi @lewy

Unless someone here has more experience with this type of question and set up (as we don't get a lot of Box questions on the forum), I would contact Support.

Choose How To's & Troubleshooting, which will give you a Box 2 option, then go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support button. You will be given 3 support options, Chat can be the quickest way to get things resolved or at least to head you in the right direction. There is also email and phone support, which is not toll-free.

    Kind regards.
