One Click Optimizer doesn't clean up the junk files, and these junk files keep building up.
My desk top OS is Window 10 Pro. "One Click Optimizer" doesn't clean up the junk files, and these junk files keep building up. I tried to delete these files but Window required "Administrator" to access. I tried changing myself to "Admin" (which I am!) window still reject me. Please help. Please see the "word" doc. attached.Thanks.
