Scan notifications tab

Hi everyone,

I would like an extra tab in the notifications for the scan results, right now there's the "all" tab, the "critical" tab, the "warning" tab and the "information" tab.

The scan results end up in the "all" tab and the "information" tab. Because the "all" tab and the "information" tab also show other notifications for example every time bitdefender updates which is a few times a day and so if you have ran a scan a few days ago it gets buried below the other notifications.

With a dedicated notifications tab for scans would make finding the scan results a lot faster without having to scroll through hundreds of notifications so the scan results would only show up in the "all" tab and in the "scans" tab.
