Outlook Meeting Requests

I no longer receive Meeting Request options (Accept, Decline, etc) after installing BD Anti-virus 2009. I am using MS Office 2003 (w/ MS Outlook 2002).


The request does come through as an email. Plus, any attachments that might accompany the Meeting Request are missing.


Has anyone else had this problem and if so, were you able to fix it?

    Try to disable the scan for incoming mail and see if the mail still comes truncated. If this is the case the problem isn't related to the antivirus module.


    You could also try disabling the anti-spam module and toolbar to see if the problem still occurs.
