My organization is considering developing an AI Acceptable Use Policy. After reviewing our existing policies we are not sure that we need one specifically for AI, as most use cases seem to be covered in existing documents. Then the idea came up to display a warning / notification to the end user when they attempt to access an AI website. The notification should basically remind the user of the acceptable use, and allow them to continue to the site. The notification should not block the user from using the site.
From looking around the admin console, it looks like we can enable end user notifications (Policy > General > Agent > Notifications > Display Notification Pop-Ups), but there is no way to create a custom message or display any message in relation to a specific website. The only options are to block or allow specific websites.
I think this feature would have multiple use cases, and would fit in with the other protection offered in the Network Protection > Content Control section of a Policy.
Bonus idea - would there be a way to prevent users from directly uploading any files to specific websites? If we show the end user the AI AUP, can we actually enforce it? Part of the AUP would be that users cannot upload any documents to AI (.pdf, .csv, .txt, any files). Could a feature like this be added to Content Control?
