I’m having an issue with multiple BSOD episodes over the last two weeks. My computer is finally giving up the ghost and I’m now getting ntfs.sys messages from the SSD HD due to the number of fatal hard boot shutdowns. It has recently happened, I initially discovered the issue when a full bitdefender system scan causes my computer to freeze then I try to do a soft boot it blue screens. The issue is escalating.
As a precaution I’ve run Check disk, Scan Disk for sector errors, updated all device drivers and removed and reinstalled Bidefender. Still having issues. Bitdefender seems to consume all my I11 CPU and 128GB RAM and I don’t want to have to remove Bitdefender as I’ve been a loyal customer for years for years.
i’ve also checked recent posts regarding the BSOD and upgrades to Bitdefender. There does seem to be an issue which has yet to be resolved by the development team.
