Bitdefender does not let me access my XTB account.

After installing bitdefender, free version, i have two issues with it.

1. i can't stop it from running, deactivate it and so on
2. i want to acces my broker account via browser, log into my xtb account and nothing works… endless loading screen. its doing it in the morning after install, it did not do it right after installation. i've already tried it once, after getting into an argument with my broker… i've uninstalled bitdefender and everything works fine. i've reinstalled it again and i get the same problem next day… can't acces my account, no popup, no warning, nothing. just endless loading. And it seems others websites like news websites are having the same problem…
3. i can't use this software in those conditions
