I just bought BitDefender Internet Security v10. I got the download link via email with the key for it. I downloaded it it but when I tried to install it I get a message from my computer saying This program is blocked due to compatibility issues. I can't install it.
Then I found this page:

I installed internet security v10.2. It installed. It scanned. Then I was required to restart my system. I put the key in that I got via email and I got the message that it is not valid or it has expired. I just paid for it and it's a pain that it's not working. I can't sort it out via a phone call and that doesn't help.
I need help. Anyone?
