B.D. scan should be available right from the task bar

Bitdefender system , custom & quick scan should be available right from it's icon on the lower right side of the task bar, it takes too much time to open bitdefender's main window, then we ve to go to the protection menu , scroll down and then the scan option is available.
plz provide the ease of use by adding the scan availability as requested.

If you ask me, I don't think that's going to happen, for several reasons. For starters, right-click menus are usually meant for quick actions. They're designed to be minimal and only surface the most-used or contextually relevant commands. Adding too many options here clutters the menu, especially since the antivirus offers many scan types (quick, full, custom, vulnerability, etc.). Another thing to keep in mind is that system tray actions may run with user-level privileges, depending on the process and how it was launched. A full system scan usually requires elevated privileges (administrator rights). Clicking a “Scan now” option from the tray could create inconsistencies in behavior if it can't escalate properly or fails silently due to lack of permissions. Furthermore, the system tray icon is usually just a UI front-end or controller linked to background services. This means that invoking a scan requires calling a scanning engine or service that manages tasks, queues, and logs. It’s safer and cleaner to do this from the main UI or a context-aware command interface. This also ensures the scan is properly scheduled, logged, and can show progress, notifications, and reports.

Another thing to note, many antivirus vendors wish to encourage users to open the full interface to see detailed status of their defenses and overall security, other modules included in their security suite (like firewall, VPN, password manager), and of course education tips on how to make the best out of the product they chose.
Direct scan initiation from the tray would bypass all of that, possibly reducing user engagement with security features.

Some antivirus products, Bitdefender included, offer a contextual scan that is less intensive and safer to trigger without full UI involvement. In Bitdefender's case, there's the right-click scan option on files/folders, which is context-specific and much more controlled in scope. But in my opinion, it will not feature the option to scan directly from the taskbar, for all the reasons explained above.
