Today everything was blocked as a threat on my laptop, my email, teams, Google homepage. My computer got very hot and task manager told me it was bitdefender squirreling away. I forced stop but it would not allow me to do anything. On advice from AI I uninstalled bitdefender, but when I rebooted it told me I needed a recovery key for my account, which I do not have as my laptop is not linked as a device on my Microsoft office account. With a ton of work to do (NHS) and essay to write (university) I had no choice but to reboot my laptop. But no, bitdefender has also blocked that. I am unable to link to wifi or force shift + F10. And it won't register a usb. I do not have another computer, just this one which I struggled to pay for as it is!!! Please help me!
