i cant download my subscription, everytime i try and it is loading it is suddenly stops and nothing happens

Perhaps you are referring to downloading the actual Bitdefender product on your device? Now, I must say that we would need a bit more information to figure this out. If you have recently renewed your subscription, then it is not necessary to download and install the product again, because it's already there and will update according to the activation code you've redeemed in Central. If this is your first time using Bitdefender, ensure no other security solutions are installed, check your internet connection and make sure the minimum system requirements are met to install the antivirus on that device.
