Help installing Bitdefender Total security on new PC?

I have a new PC running on Windows 11. I have deleted the old one from my listed devices (I also have Bitdefender running on my mobile phone and iPad) but now can't install it on the new machine. I get this error message "Some files could not be created. Please close all applications, reboot Windows, and restart this installation"

I have done this twice without success. Can anybody help, please?

Assuming some files are still there, since the installation returned that error message, head to the link below to get the uninstall tool for Total Security. Following these steps will completely remove Bitdefender from your system, ensuring a clean installation environment for your next install:

If errors occur while using the Bitdefender uninstall tool, restart your computer in Safe Mode and run the tool again. Once the tool completes its process, restart your computer.

Make sure you have a stable internet connection, ensure no other security solutions are installed on the device and also check if the PC meets the system requirements.

If the error comes back again, let me know. If you have already removed the previous device from your subscription in Central, to free up the slot, then you can skip this step of course.
