Well its back. When I go to the right hand corner and right click on Bit Defender and select Update, it goes to 90% and stops. If I cancel the update all of Bit Defender shuts down. When I reboot and try to do the update again it says Threat Information Update 0.00 & Product Update 0.00. If I continue it stops at 90% again. It says in information quick.exc downloaded. My Bit Defender version is 27.0.53.265. I also can see the error -1002, just like last time. How often does the Product Update update?
