Assistance Required for Application Uninstallation Issue
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance with a problem I am experiencing after downloading an application on September 15, 2025. Following the installation, I encountered significant issues with my web browsers, including Bing, Google Chrome, Opera, and Opera GX, all of which are unable to load any websites. Each browser displays the message, "This site can't be reached."
In an attempt to resolve the issue, I decided to uninstall the application. However, when I choose the uninstall option, the process seems to initiate, but at around 20%. The uninstallation menu then closes, and the application remains on my laptop. Reinstalling the app yields the same results.
I would greatly appreciate any guidance or assistance you can provide to successfully uninstall this application and restore normal functionality to my browsers.
