If you install Bitdefender offline you will still have to go online to activate the subscription and link the software with your Bitdefender Central. Thus, you can't really configure the Bitdefender Firewall prior to connecting to the network, if this is what you are trying to do. It's unclear from your post, I think you were trying to write the full description of your request in the title field and this supports a limited number of characters..

To add here, the offline installer for Bitdefender products is only available for Bitdefender Total Security. Below are the download links for both 32-bit and 64-bit versions:

64-bit: https://download.bitdefender.com/windows/desktop/connect/cl/2023/all/bitdefender_ts_27_64b.exe
Note: Even if you successfully download the offline setup file for Bitdefender Total Security and try to install the product, there is a high chance you may encounter issues related to the installation of the Bitdefender Agent, which is essential for running Bitdefender products.
Therefore, it is strongly recommended to use the online installer to install your Bitdefender product, as it helps avoid potential installation issues.
