Hey guys,
New to Bitdefender, coming from Norton. Just installed it yesterday on my 3 devices. 2 is working perfectly fine. On my main computer (updated to Windows 11 a few days ago), it's showing that it is turned off in the Windows Security app, but Bitdefender is definitely running. I clicked turn on and then allow, even restarted the computer to see if the problem is fixed, but still showing that it is turned off and the default Microsoft Defender Antivirus is turned on. Done this several times with no luck.
Is there a way to fix this?
It did show 'turned on' briefly then I restarted my computer then it went back to 'turned off'. I noticed when it showed 'turned on' for that brief time, Bitdefender was definitely running more smooth when I was scrolling thru the menu page.
