I have a 10 device license and am using 7 devices. Six are properly protected. My primary PC has license has stopped working. Appears to be a PC conflict. Bitdefender dashboard stopped loading and I am unable to get functional. Have removed Bitdefender using the BD tool and reinstalled in safe mode. Still not functional. My installed apps indicate BD Agent is installed but I do not see the second Bitdefender app.
How can I get this corrected. Has been functional since 2023 and failed opening November 2025.
