I read many posts about this subject and the answers from BD is unacceptable.
I woke up this morning and after 10h 10min, having scanned 18723720 items, it is not done and I don't have any idea when it is gonna be over.
"Hard to evaluate how long it is gonna be. Depends on many factors".
Common Guys !
From a support team, this is a poor answer.
It was working before and people used it even if it wasn't accurate.
Imagine the repercussions of stoping a scan because you need to work on your PC "now", and millions of people stoping the scan because they didn't know there was only 1/2 h to finish the job ?
What BD is waiting for to implement this feature ?
We don't need exactitude, we need a ball park figure.
Is there still 2h, 5h, 10h ?
Do we need to scan during weekend instead of during week days ?
Even if we do all that, we are doing your job.
Elapse time doesn't serve any users other than BD.
Guys, make it happen.
