We Need To Be Able To Pause Protection

I am using Bitdefender Total Security.

We need a way to pause protection. Sometimes it's needed. Please consider this.

I know this may be disappointing to hear, but the proposed feature was not accepted for development due to several security concerns, and possible vulnerabilities that could be exploited.
