Blocking apps from the camera/mic

Hello,

I get messages that pop up saying some system process is using the camera/mic. Then I look into it and there's stats icon, that the device is active, how users rate it and then a chance to delete it. Please change the first button, in the list, to a toggle for allowing the device to operate with that application.
