My Bitdefender version hasn't updated to the current build though it's been available for weeks.

I just have seen that my current bitdefender version still has the second-to-last build 27.0.55.296 upgraded on December 8. On the homepage I have found that the up-to-date build 27.0.55.298 had been released on December 11 already. I always update my Bitdefender right after starting the PC with a right mouse click at least daily if not more frequently, which is when usually upgrades would occur as well. In the last 18 days, this hasn't been the case, though. Only regular updates, no version upgrade. Thus, my question: Is it likely that the gradual rollout of the new version hasn't happened for me yet but will occur soon? Or is it likely that rolling out the new version is over by now and I need to get active? What would I need to do then? Or would I need to get active at all? Bitdefender still works flawlessly.

I have the same issue, no update to 27.0.55.298. I have asked on the open ticket to support asking why I have been unable to sign in to the expert community, their answer was it could come in but this has been along time. I get regular updates, I always ask to an update when signing on under the Bitdefender icon using right click and then ask for update. the open ticket # is 1010795712.

Would there be a reason why this update is not happening? Thanks

Well my Bitdefender Total Security version is 27.0.49.254 as of 17/05/2025.

Do I need to open a support ticket?

If Bitdefender is working fine, you don't need to do anything. Since new builds are often deployed slowly. If, for example, you want to get an update, you can use the option in Bitdefender to check for updates or download the latest installer from their website. Then run it to update manually.

27,0.54.271 Este es el nùmero de compilación,y no hago más que actualizar,pues el recordatorio me sale todos lo dias , y no se logra actualizar.
