I have a fresh install of bitdefender total security version 27.0.55.298 and I'm not getting the pop up message when a threat is blocked.
The blocked threat does show up in the notification tab.

Acer Swift SF314-54
OS Windows 10 Home 22H2 x64
OS Build 19045.6691
BD Total Security 27.0.55.298
I did a test and here is the result:
3 (three) threats were detected, but pop-up notifications were not displayed in the lower right corner of my screen, like it used to do when a threat was detected, so i'm facing the same issue as @Petersl.

Are you sure the threats were from webpages and not local? We only show alerts for critical detections on your local disk, so it's important to distinguish between the two.

Yes the threats are from webpages, I used to get a pop up message when such a threat was detected but not in the current version of bitdefender.
