I mistakenly deleted Bitdefender when I thought it was crashing my computer..
How can I download it again without paying & while in safe mode as I'm still having the dreaded blue screen of death?

Make sure you are in safe mode with network enabled, the go to the bitdefender central with your browser and log in your account and download the latest version of bitdefender from there.
I'm however not sure if you can install a antivirus in safe mode though as safe mode has many functionality is disabled.
Thanks for taking the time & trouble to help. I re downloaded Bitdefender again but it won't install/open in safe mode, The blue screen of death appears after only a few seconds in normal start up so not enough time to install it
Start your PC in safe mode with network enabled and make sure you're connected to the internet.
Then type in the search bar on the taskbar: cmd and run as administrator, a black window will appear.
Type in the black window the following command: DISM.exe /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth
After that command has finished run the following command: sfc /scannow
When sfc /scannow is completed and has repaired errors run it again until it no longer finds errors then reboot your PC and see if you still have the blue screen of death.
If you still get the blue screen of death start again in safe mode, start cmd as administrator and run the following command: chkdsk C: /f /r /x
hi! Do u remember, when exactly system crashes started? (after installing any drivers, software, etc) If Safe Mode Still Fails: Use Bootable Media: Use a Windows 10 USB/DVD to boot and select "Repair your computer" to access troubleshooting tools. If nothing works, reset this PC in the Troubleshoot menu to reinstall Windows.
