While browsing the internet, Bitdefender started issuing warnings one after another, and a minute later, my internet connection was cut off. My web browser displayed a warning stating that the DNS address couldn't be reached. Bitdefender just kept notifying me that a connection/certificate had been blocked over 50 times. As you can see below. I was connected to my home internet at the time.
I couldn't connect to the internet from either my phone or my computer. I then turned off my phone's Wi-Fi connection and tried to connect to the internet using mobile data, but it was extremely slow at first, as if the network wasn't fully connected. After 5-10 minutes, my phone had successfully established a 5G connection, and I was able to connect to the internet without any issues. I then tried sharing my phone's mobile data with my computer to access the internet, and Bitdefender didn't give any warnings, and I could access the internet.
Currently, the internet light on the modem is not lit. Even though the modem's internet light is off, Bitdefender continues to give the same warnings when I connect to my home internet. I can't connect to the internet! How can these sites/IP addresses send requests to my computer and home modem?
I don't understand why this happened. Isn't this a ridiculous situation? I called my internet service provider and filed a fault report. My home internet is still not working.
When the internet light on the modem is not on, the warnings I receive when connecting to my home internet are as follows:
The details of the warnings that came one after another before my internet went out are below;
Bitdefender had issued these warnings a few hours ago, but I don't know if it's related to the issue. I'm sending this in case an expert who wants to explain why this is happening or help out has the data at hand.
