I purchased the Bitdefender Premium and can't install the download. When I click on "yes" all that shows is a circle spinning and then it ends.
Any feedback would be greatly appreciated!

Do you perhaps have an older Bitdefender installation on your computer, or the free version? Could it be a different account?
Possibly free version as it was installed by Geek Squad when I purchased the laptop.
Edit: I checked under programs and features and it I don't see it as a free version.
That’s the issue, then. Open the Free version interface and click ‘My Account.’ If it’s a different account, click ‘Switch Account’ and sign in with the one you used to purchase the subscription. This applies only to the newer Free version, which has an interface similar to the paid version and allows reconfiguration.
I looked under programs and features and don't see it as a free version.
If there is no Bitdefender Agent installed, then it might be a different issue. Do you have a screenshot of the spinning circle you mentioned earlier? After you run the installer and nothing happens, could you check ‘Installed Apps’ (under Programs & Features) to see whether Bitdefender Agent is installed?

Those are the Bitdefender Apps installed.
It looks like Bitdefender Total Security is already installed on your device.
If the version shown in ‘About’ is up to date (27.0.55.303), you can simply switch to the account used to purchase the Premium subscription. If not, I suggest uninstalling Bitdefender Agent, Total Security, and VPN, then restarting your computer.
After that, download the installation file again and run the installation. It should work without issues.

BBitdefender total security version is 26.0.18.24
That is the original installer version; the application updates itself automatically. Right-click the red Bitdefender icon in your system tray (right side of the taskbar) and click ‘About.’ Here is how it should look:
