The trouble is the people that create these systems are very clever but not very smart! You write information like, ‘add Bitdefender Scamio to your Contacts’ but you don’t tell us the mechanics of adding it. You tell us send a text to Scamio but you don’t add how to physically do that. We not so clever people sometimes need the basics of HOW to do it, do we copy and paste text from the possible scam, do we forward it, HOW do we do the basic actions that you skim over when you talk.
