Config changes on firewall from manual to automatic with new version install.(DESKTOP WINDOWS)

I like to screen everything going through the firewall manually. I set this up

and it go's back on its own to automatic allowing junk like microsoft telemetry through. Please fix this. Updates should not wipre out an existing Desktop admin configuration
