The email notification appears to be a legitimate message from wetransfer regarding a shared file download. There is no indication of malicious content, however, it's important to verify the destination of any links before clicking, as phishing and legitimate emails can look similar. You can confirm with your friend if they really intended to send that file to you or not. Just to make sure their account was not hijacked or something like that.
