My computer's I want to check is standalone's not on any networks.
How do I check if they are still safe?
One is with windows 7 and 4 with windows XP
How can I scan them?

With Bitdefender, you cannot unless they were on your network connected to your PC with Bitdefender installed. The Bitdefender Rescue CD was discontinued on July 2020.
