How to take a screen shot?

Dumb question can someone please tell me how get a screen shot on a Bitdefender notification notice I have tried right click, no screen shot option shows and tried central shift S . i can not seem to figure this out. On right click I only see the word copy.

Thank you in reply to your question, the Print Screen does not activate the snipping tool. I will try and pin it and see what happens. No worries, I will get this figured this out, most likely me doing something wrong.

Hi @Jenni65 :)

Isn't the Print Screen key activating the Snipping Tool, or at least the Fn key plus Print Screen? Or, the image below. I have it pinned to my Taskbar on all my Windows devices, just in case I need to manually enable it. It should automatically create a Screenshots folder in your Pictures folder. Unless I'm not understanding your question :)
