Dw20.exe Problem Anfter Installing Bd Antivirus 2009

After installing BitDefender Antivirus 2009 i receive DW20.EXE error when power down the system.


Is BitDefender custommer support aware of this problem?


Do they even look in this forum at all???


With version 2008 there is NO problem.


Please post experiences and saloutions here!!!
