Bitdefender events should also be in the windows event logs.

Currently virus blocking suspicious activity, etc only show in Bitdefender notifications and in Bitdefender central. However, if for some reason, malware is able to then prevent access to Bitdefender Central, there is no logging available.

In this age of AI attacks I think it's essential to have multiple logging paths.

For example, if I curl the EICAR virus test. BD blocks it and puts it in the notifications BUT no login whatsoever anywhere else. If I am block from the Bitdefender app and from the BD Central URL, I am blind.

You are correct that, in the current consumer product, security-related events such as malware detections and blocked suspicious activity are primarily recorded in Bitdefender's own notifications area, rather than being mirrored as individual entries in the standard windows event viewer logs.
I can certainly see the value in having an additional logging path, however, one thing to keep in mind is that writing every Bitdefender event to windows event viewer could generate a considerable amount of additional logging, so an implementation might need to be selective, if at all feasible.
