everytime i set this to enabled, it always goes back to disabled

Please try to go into the advanced interface and enable every module one at a time.
See if any of the modules aren't enabling correctly and report back to see what is the issue.0 -
everything looks enabled, as far as i know
did you want me to untick all entrys, then tick them one at a time to see what is not enabled?0 -
So only email scanning gets disabled when you are trying to enable it?
Maybe I don't quite get what is not working.

in the basic view it is still the same as the pic above, this is screenshot of the advanced view

OK now I see what the problem is and I think this is only related to an interface bug, as the scanner for email works even though it looks like it doesn't in Basic View.

Yeah, moved from AV10 to AV2009 and noticed exactly the same thing
