Threats Xplorer - Detail Level

Recently had a customer with firewall blocks, the local BEST product displayed significantly more information than the Threats Xplorer panel.

Threats Xplorer is missing the source IP and port numbers required for crafting relevant rules to allow traffic through.

Threats Xplorer should provide comprehensive information at least equivilent if not exceeding that of the Local BEST software

Although you cannot see the information mentioned in the Threats Xplorer, you can still find them by generating a Firewall Activity report from the console or by checking Notifications sections if you had them configured.

The firewall activity report still doesnt include the same info.

I have a screenshot from BEST highlighting a blocked attempt on port 5432 (Supabase/Postgres)

And the firewall activity report for the same occurrence lists port 64412

5432 was the correct port to exclude via rule and resolved the issue, but GravityZone doesnt seem to show that information.

Also, I don't see anything about 'Notifications' in GravityZone

is the 'Product features and Ideation' not the place for feature requests? if not, how do i do a feature request?

In the Contact form that I shared, there is a feature request category that you can select and it will open a case in support that will be transferred to Product Management team for review.
You can open one single case in this case and mentioned both aspects.

This space is more for discussions, making it official means that we need to have a tracking through a support case.

It is a place of ideation, yes. When posting in this category, your suggestion is automatically sent to the product teams for consideration (we have an API bridge in place). However, we mainly get consumer-related suggestions in this area, and there are different teams in charge of enterprise feature requests. As such, I also think it's best to have tracking through a support ticket, like Andrei advised.
