License for Internet Security, but install Antivirus

Question

I have a license for Internet Security, but I want to install only the Antivirus Plus version (the one without the firewall). Is this possible, and if so, how do I do it?

The installation process forces the use of the license associated with my account, and I cannot change this.

I should also mention that I do not want to use Internet Security with the firewall module disabled.

Hi @awanstg

Since Internet Security was discontinued but can be upgraded to Total free of charge, you would need to purchase a new subscription to Antivirus Plus (my preferred version as well). If eventually desired, I've found WFC, Windows Firewall Control to be an excellent substitute.

But, you could try getting a hold of Support to see what they say. Tick on the Purchase & Manage Subscription box, go through the prompts until you get to the black Contact Support button. Of the options listed, Chat can be the quickest way to find out what your options may be.
